  • Toolkit of basic mindfulness practices drawn from Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course
  • Group support
  • Weekly (in-class) check-in to support you building the habit of daily practice
  • Techniques for tapping nature’s resources to optimize well-being
