  • Toolkit of basic mindfulness practices drawn from Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course
  • Additional tools for informal practice
  • Practices for connecting with nature to optimize well-being
  • Group support
  • Weekly (in-class) check-in to support you building the habit of practice
